Minnie’s Food Pantry is a Plano-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit and one of the largest food pantries in North Texas. Founded in 2008 and named for Dr. Minnie Hawthorne-Ewing, they’ve served more than 3 million meals — providing groceries, fresh food, and dignity to families across the region.
